How to Integrate Your Host Tools Account with TIDY
Step #1: Log in to your Host Tools and TIDY accounts.
Step #2: Navigate to your Host Tools account’s “Settings” tab.
Step #3: Scroll to the bottom of the page, and copy the “API Access Token.”
Step #4: Select “Integrations” from the menu bar on the TIDY homepage.
Step #5: Type “Host Tools” in the search bar that pops up.
Step #6: Paste the API Access Token in the indicated field.
Step #7: TIDY will now pull all of your listings within your Host Tools account.
Step #8: Under each listing select “Automatic Booking.” From there, you can configure each individual listing to their unique check-in/out times and cleaning needs.
Step #9: Save, and you’re done!

After integrating TIDY with your Host Tools account, TIDY will automatically create listings for all of your properties. When a new guest reservation is made on your Host Tools account, it will also be added to your “Reservations” tab within TIDY.

The turnover cleaning will follow the instructions you set under the “Automatic Booking” section. The cleaners you already have listed under the “My Pros” section in the app will have the opportunity to accept the job in the order you previously determined.
