With this latest update, you can now see pricing and minimum nights for each night with a simple look at the app. You can also set channel-specific prices on your phone, which is perfect if you want to offer different rates for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or Houfy.
Add a Manual Booking or Block Dates
The two screenshots above are showing that you can now add a manual reservation or block dates on the go. You could not do this before.
Cleaners, when logged in, will see a manual booking, so they know to clean, but they will not see blocked dates. This way, they won’t get confused and think they need to clean when you just blocked off the apartment for maintenance or another reason.

This update makes it easier than ever to manage your vacation rental on the go. If you have a cleaner that logs in to the app using their own unique login, they will still not have any access to pricing information or calendar controls such as blocking dates or creating reservations. This is to protect your pricing information and ensure that only you have the ability to make changes to your calendar.
